Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken
When it comes to chicken, thighs are simply the perfect parts to go to my savory meals even though they’re not really the healthiest and yes if someone argues, I really defend them LOL !! Because I will always consider the health of my family, my simple and easy Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken recipe involves breasts, however, I tried thighs with this too lol. INGREDIENTS NEEDED :
– Chicken tenderloin chunks: 2 pounds
– Pineapple juice: 1 cup
– Brown sugar: ½ cup
– Soy sauce: ⅓ cup
– Rice, cooked
LET’S MAKE IT :
1. To start with, mix everything together into the crockpot.
2. Once mixed, set the crockpot on low heat and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Finally, serve over cooked rice & ENJOY !!!!
