Chicken Roll Ups



Chicken rolls are made from ingredients that may already be in the fridge and pantry. Even the most fussy eaters will love this comfort food!

Crescent Chicken Roll Up Made Easy

The Crescent Chicken Roll Up is truly “the family’s favorite recipe”. I think our mom originally got this recipe from our Aunt Lana. We always begged for this meal when we were kids! It’s a very quick meal and definitely fun for the husband / child! There’s just something about the combination of roll chips, delicious chicken, and creamy sauce on top that makes this meal totally irresistible!


Add some flair

If you don’t deal with picky people with food, and want to add something to this dish, there are tons of possibilities! One of my favorites is adding cooked bacon crumbs and diced mushrooms to the chicken stuffing mix. You can also add a little chili to the mix to make it hot! I’ve also seen people add a can of ranch dressing mix to their chicken mix. We use croutons in bread to make this meal a little faster but you can make your own using panko bread crumbs, oregano, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. You can also mix things up with your side dishes with this meal.


* Ingredients:



° 1 tablespoon of olive oil


° 1 cup chopped onion


° a cup of feta cheese


° 4 boneless or skinless chicken breasts


° 3 tablespoons of black olives


° ½ 1 teaspoon salt


° ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


° 1 teaspoon olive oil


° 1 cup tomato sauce


° Fresh chopped parsley



* How to prepare:



We heat the oven to 200 degrees. Putting a tablespoon of olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, then add the onions and stir for 8 minutes, then add the spinach and stir for a minute, remove the pan from the heat and add the saucepan. Feta cheese and black olives, mix until well combined and set aside.


Cut chicken breasts to 8 pieces also peeled them until thin. Place a tablespoon of the spinach mixture in the center of the chicken slice and roll it up and close it tightly on all sides with a toothpick. Renew process with remainder of chicken tranches .



Place a cup of tomato sauce at the base of an oiled oven dish. Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until its color is golden, then transfer it to a plate in the oven and cover it with tomato sauce and then the mozzarella cheese.


Let chicken in oven about 31 to 36 min . Before serving, garnish plate wiith freshly parsley .
